The compact knob cylinder CXx162 is particularly suitable for tubular frame doors, as it has a particularly small electronic knob and thus leaves enough room to open the door even with small backset dimensions.
This tried and tested cylinder is now also certified according to VdS BZ+. In the version with VdS certification it has the product number CXx168 or for the half cylinder the product number CXx169. It is available for all Clex prime, Clex private and Clex public systems. The CXx168 is suitable for both indoor and outdoor areas according to protection class IP66.
In addition, with the new cylinder housing CX6760F for fire and smoke protection doors there is now a special solution for the use of electronic compact knob cylinders in doors up to fire resistance class "fire-resistant" (T90). The respective certified fire protection product is assembled by simply joining together in combination with the appropriate knob module and the mechanical knob CX6712.
